What you are building, and for whom
Ten minutes on the product and the person it is for. If there is something live, we will have opened it before the call.

Where it is losing people
If you have analytics we will read them with you. If you do not, we will say what we would measure first.

What we would do first
A view on scope and sequence: the one thing worth doing before the rest, and roughly what it takes.

Whether we are the right people
Sometimes the answer is no, or not yet. You get that on the call rather than three proposals later.
